DLP Healthcare support the NHS to reduce waiting times by providing a number clinical services delivered on the sites of Trusts and Health Boards through increasing capacity.
Utilising the sites of the NHS organisations enables patients to be seen within their local hospitalĀ on NHS sites whilst using equipment and facilities in periods of downtime for example at weekends. Working in partnership with the NHS using their facilities means that all policies and procedures from the hospital are adhered to.
By providing clinical teams who are experienced and experts in their clinical fields DLP can provide a fully managed service to deliver a range of clinical services.
DLP follow a PDSA model for implementation and delivery of a service:
Understanding local requirements.
Collaborating with local NHS teams to identify and confirm requirements. Liaising with local representatives.
Checking that everything is in place and ready to start the contracted service. Including on site visits from clinical team leads.
Implementing the service on the agreed start date.
An ongoing cycle of feedback and audit against agreed KPI's in partnership with the identified local NHS team.
As professional experts in the medical field, we have the capability and expertise to deliver on our promises.
