DLP are a company registered in Scotland trading since 2022 but whose management team has delivered clinical and insourcing contracts across Scotland and England.
DLP’s team has a wealth of experience in clinical service delivery. Our emphasis on clinical quality and patient safety is born through us being clinically led and placing clinical decisions at the heart of everything we do.
We have worked with multiple NHS and private organisations meaning that we are well-versed in the healthcare systems within England and Scotland. We have established excellent working relationships with the commissioners whilst successfully delivering our contracts throughout the UK. We firmly believe that in order to provide a successful insourced clinical service good collaboration between the NHS and DLP is essential.
Our approach to providing clinical support always involves our clinical director and senior nurse. The clinical director has clinical ownership and oversite and is a member of the board. Providing high quality clinically led patient centered care for those who commission our services is what drives us to deliver clinical excellence.
Clinical Services
We deliver a range of clinical services and have nursing, theatre, decontamination and medical staff in those specialties. Our clinical teams come from across the UK, and we are currently working to bring in an international workforce that will provide additionality to contracts we deliver.
A Senior Nurse and Clinical Lead oversee and support team performance for each contract. For every contract, a contract manager will be assigned, who will liaise with the NHS organisation, offering weekly reports, and serving as the daily point of contact for any matters that require discussion or resolution.
